How do I place an order?
Please use the “Add to Basket” button by each product. Once you have added all the products you require, click on the Basket icon in the top right of the page and select 'Checkout' When checking out you’ll be taken to the Paypal payment system, where you can pay either by bank or credit card, or through your Paypal account if you have one.
How much is delivery?
Shipping is FREE for all UK orders over £20, otherwise a standard delivery charge will apply.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment through PayPal, a well-known, trusted, and secure way to make payments over the Internet.Making a payment to us through PayPal is easy. You can use your existing PayPal account or pay by credit card even if you don't have a PayPal account.Find more information at PayPal
How long will delivery take?
The time your order takes to be delivered varies depending on the type of products you order, your delivery address and the delivery method you choose. During sale and promotion periods delivery might take a little longer than expected, but standard delivery is expected between 2-5 working days, otherwise a 1-3 working day and Next day options are available.
How secure is shopping online with you? Is my data protected?
When making a payment you are temporarily transferred from our site to the secure PayPal web site. No financial information, passwords, credit card numbers or personal information other than your name, email address, and shipping address is received by us.Although PayPal is extremely secure, we are not responsible for protecting the personal information you share with them.You are encouraged to read the related PayPal policies carefully.After completing your payment you are presented with a link which will allow you to return to our site, where you can then finalise or cancel the transaction.
How can I check the status of an order?
If you have an account or created an account at the time of placing an order, you can check the status of that order at any time by logging in to your dashboard.For your convenience e-mail notifications are sent out each time the status of an order changes.
What can I do from my online account?
From your account dashboard you can view your wishlist, recent orders, manage your store credits, subscriptions, shipping and billing addresses as well as edit your password and account details.
Can I order Wholesale?

Can I order for delivery outside the UK Mainland?
If you’re outside the UK mainland and you are not offered a shipping rate during the checkout process, please get in touch and if we are able to ship to you, then we will give you a price including postage costs. If we can agree on a sale, then we’ll send you a separate Paypal invoice which you can pay either from a Paypal account or with a bank/credit card.
Can I pay by cheque?
No, unfortunately, we do not accept payment via cheque.
What do I do if I need to cancel or return an item?
If you are unhappy with an item you can return it to us. If the item is in its original, unused condition with all tamper evident seals and packaging in tact and we will issue a full refund. We recommend that you receive proof of postage or return it by recorded delivery as we will not be held responsible for items that are lost through the post. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us unless we delivered the item to you in error. Should you wish to cancel your order after you have paid and before it has been dispatched please email us and we will do our best to cancel your order before it is shipped.
